When will my order ship out?
Orders will begin to ship in 10-14 business days after the order is placed- unless stated otherwise.
Can you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately I can only ship out orders in the US since shipping is $25+ internationally and I don’t think anyone wants to pay that much 😭
When will Clown Cups be back in stock?
I'm pretty much at pop-ups every weekend so I'm not able to stock cups online as much as I'd like to. I do occasionally have leftover sales when I don't sell out; I'll update that information over on my instagram (@alienzrusshop) - so please give me a follow!

Can you make a custom clown cup?
I don't offer custom for the cups. I just honestly don't have the time to offer that as an option anytime soon. I'm sorry 😣

Yes, I always make cups for my in-person markets! If you're local, come through! I'm pretty much vending every weekend.

What’s your return/refund policy?
Sorry but all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If there is an issue with your order and the error was on our end - (for example, sending out a damaged or wrong product) - we will do our best to fix the issue.
